  • Bidders must pre-register at Bidspotter.com 24 hours before bidding.
  • Everything is selling on an “As is, Where is, In Place” basis with NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND.  
  • It is the Buyers responsibility to inspect before bidding. 
  • Payments are to be made within 48 hours of the conclusion of the auction. 
  • Payments may be made with Cash, Company Check, Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX. A 18% Buyers Premium is in effect for this auction and with an additional 3% for payments via credit cards.
