Everything sells "As is, Where is, In Place" with ALL Defects whether apparent or not.  This is an ONLINE ONLY Auction.  There will be NO ONSITE Bidding.  It is the Buyers Responsibility to Inspect Before Bidding.  there is an Inspection on the day before the auction from 10am -4pm.  

REMOVAL DATES April 30, May 1st & 2nd, 9am-5pm.  Everthing must be out by MAY 2 - NO Exceptions.  Removal is the buyers responsibilty expense and risk.  Payment must be made within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction with Wire Transfer,  Cash, Check, Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX.  There is a 3% Convenience fee added to invoice for Credit Card Payments.
